We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. You will take ownership of core accounting and reporting activities—preparing accurate financial statements, leading reconciliations, and overseeing month-end close—while supporting business decisions through high-quality financial analysis.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, applicable tax laws, and internal accounting policies.
• Oversee general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end close processes to defined timelines.
• Analyze financial results to identify trends, variances, and risks; provide commentary to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial-planning cycles.
• Serve as a key liaison for internal and external auditors, providing documentation and explanations.
• Partner with other departments to inform commercial and operational decisions.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the Finance team.

• ACCA Level 3, or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks) is a strong asset.
• Legal authorization to work in Trinidad and Tobago.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
